The UHA/MANY Annual Conference-- Now the Museums in Conversation Conference is the largest gathering of museum professionals in the state. Each year it brings together a diverse array of individuals from all types and sizes of museums, historical societies, and similar cultural organizations. This year’s conference will be held in Tarrytown, NY. Museums in the Tarrytown area include the Castle on the Hudson; Washington Irving's Sunnyside; The Historical Society, Inc.; Rockefeller State Park Preserve Art Gallery; Philipsburg Manor; Kykuit; Lyndhurst; Jacob-Purdy House/White Plains Historical Society; Westchester County Historical Society; Greenburgh Nature Center; Scarsdale Historical Society; Neuberger Museum of Art--SUNY Purchase; Reid Castle at Manhattanville College.
