Traveling Exhibitions

The Upstate History Alliance, with funding from the Documentary Heritage Program of New York State, makes available a series of Traveling Exhibitions to organizations withhin New York State. These professionally designed and produced panel exhibits are available for loan to organizations at a minimal cost and with minimal insurance coverage. The exhibits are also designed so that borrowing institutions can use the exhibit to highlight their own collections and the important work being done at their institutions.

UHA Traveling Exhibitions are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, with priority given during the first two months to organizations within the DHP South Central Region. Once the reservatioon is made, confirmation is sentt to the borrowing institution along with a loan agreement which needs to be signed and eturned to UHA along with proof of insurance and payment.
